Our Partners

We have teamed up with a group of reliable partners who bring expertise, resources and knowledge to improve our overall effectiveness.

Namysto

We work with local charity Namysto which operates the Ukrainian School, along with the Refugee Aid Hub, and other initiatives providing critical assistance in Cambridge and Ukraine. Namysto is supported by the Cambridge City Council, Cambridgeshire Community Foundation and British Red Cross Humanitarian Fund.

The Irish Convoy

We work with the Irish Convoy run by Mick Hughes and the Stockhouse Team in Trim. Since March 2022, they have organised four convoys, delivering 42 vehicles filled with medical supplies, wheelchairs and children’s clothes. Some of us joined their convoy in October 2023, and in March 2024 we ran our convoy alongside theirs

They share with us their expertise on route planning, accommodation and general convoy advice, and we may plan to run our convoys alongside theirs in the future too.

Sunflower Network

We work with US-based charity Sunflower Network, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation set-up by US/Ukrainians living in the States. They connect international groups to trusted partners in Ukraine. To date Sunflower Network has delivered over $4,000,000 in critical relief - from 4x4 vehicles, ambulances, and field medical supplies, to hygiene products, generators, and warm clothes.

Sunflower Network will provide us with the humanitarian aid requirements from their extensive contacts in Ukraine. They will meet us in Poland with all the paperwork to transfer ownership of the vehicles and get the aid across the border. They also provide assurance by sending photos and videos of the end users. In other words, they establish what is needed and make sure that it gets to the right people.
