Get involved, join our mission

Everyone involved is a volunteer bringing with them different talents, life experiences and resources. If you wish to join us, please consider which one of our three key roles listed below best suits you.

If you want to come on convoy, your financial contribution can be achieved either by self-funding, setting up your own fundraiser or helping others fundraise

Our Roles

  • 1. Owner/Driver

    You are the legal owner and main driver, responsible for insurance and road tax

    You will be happy to help fundraise at least £1k and pay your personal costs – no-one gets a free truck!

    You can determine your co-drivers, if you are fully self-funding or already own the vehicle

    If you require funds, co-driver(s) will be assigned to you

    Your vehicle will be serviced and long-term parking can be arranged - both free of charge

  • 2. Co-Driver/Navigator/DJ/Comms

    You are coming on convoy - you may choose to drive, though this is not essential

    You will be happy to fundraise at least £1k to help with the vehicle costs - no-need to gets a free ride!

    You will be responsible for sharing your location on Google maps, posting on WA, assisting with navigation, staying in touch and playing tunes

    You will be able to travel in different vehicles during the convoy

  • 3. Supporter

    You will be happy to contribute in other ways, just not going on convoy this time round

    You will be responsible for (or assisting with) one of the Home Team roles or an agreed new role

    You will help with our fundraising, though this is not essential

    You will be part of the Convoy Team, in the Convoy WA chat supporting, cheerleading, actively participating
